By accessing or using OmniAccess AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

OmniAccess AI provides an AI-powered accessibility widget platform that helps websites comply with accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1, IS 17802:2021, and the RPwD Act 2016. Our services include accessibility remediation, multilingual support, and compliance monitoring.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing

• Essential Plan: Rs. 3,999/month (or Rs. 38,390/year with 20% discount)
• Professional Plan: Rs. 6,999/month (or Rs. 67,190/year with 20% discount)
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST at 18%)

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by OmniAccess AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your intended purpose.

7. Compliance Disclaimer

While our widget helps improve accessibility, it does not guarantee full compliance with all accessibility standards. Website owners remain responsible for ensuring their overall website accessibility and compliance with applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniAccess AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
