How do I install the accessibility widget?
Simply copy the script tag from your dashboard and paste it into your website's HTML, just before the closing </body> tag. The widget will automatically appear on your site.
What accessibility standards does the widget support?
Our widget helps with WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance, IS 17802:2021 (Indian Standard), and supports RPwD Act 2016 requirements.
Can I customize the widget appearance?
Yes! You can customize colors, position, font, and which features are enabled through your dashboard or using data attributes in the script tag.
Does the widget affect my website's performance?
The widget is designed to be lightweight and loads asynchronously. It typically adds less than 50KB to your page and doesn't block rendering.
What languages are supported?
The Essential plan includes English. The Professional plan adds 22 Indian languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, and more.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to your Dashboard > Billing and select the plan you want to upgrade to. Your new features will be available immediately after payment.
Can I use the widget on multiple websites?
Each website requires a separate subscription. You can manage multiple sites from a single dashboard account.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial, but you can test the widget on our demo page to see all features in action before purchasing.
